FAQ

Can text be added to the picture or photo?


Yes. You’re welcome to send us a photo edited with text (you can edit your picture or photo using any simple photo editing smartphone application).  Make sure the text is at least 10 cm from the edge.

How does the shipping work? What is the supply time?

Most of the deliveries are made during the day and therefore you should provide the address where you can be reached during those hours (such as your place of work).

In the “order comments” field, you may note a location where the courier can leave your package (if necessary, you can enter the building access code, for example).

Israel – The package is collected from our site on Sundays and Wednesdays and delivered by courier to the address you’ve specified within one week from the day of your order (excluding “outlier” areas).  The courier service will call to coordinate the delivery.

North America: 10-14 business days.

Europe: 10-14 business days.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-21 business days.

We will do the best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

How does order pick up work? When and from where?

On the day after the order is filled you can come to the chosen branch to pick up your order.  To coordinate with one of the branches, call:

I cannot align my picture on the block. Do you do this?


It’s possible to upload and place the picture or photo on the block you’ve chosen.  Then, we can choose the most appropriate type of block and perform the layout and design for you.

In any case of doubt or a problem in cutting, we’ll contact you to update you and consult regarding next steps.

Is it possible to place more than one picture on a single Instablock?

Yes.  Send us your photo collage (you can edit this on any simple photo editing app on your smartphone).  Make sure the important details in the photos are at least 10 cm from the edge.

Since the photos are small and cut-off in the collage, take into consideration that they may be cut even further.

Frames around photos are not suitable for Instablocks and will be removed.

How will I know if the photo I’ve uploaded is suitable for creating an Instablock?

If your photo is clear (not blurred) and beautiful in your opinion, most likely it will come out well and beautiful on the Instablock.

If the photo you’ve chosen is not good enough to print, we’ll contact you to update accordingly.

I’ve encountered an issue uploading the photo to your site – is there another option for sending you the order?

If you encounter any difficulty in placing the order via the website, you can send your photo and telephone number to our email address:  instablockbymoshik@gmail.com and we’ll get back you to help you complete your order.  Alternatively, you can call us at the following telephone number:  +972-54-6910106 and receive personal customer service.

How is the Instablock packaged?

With courier shipping, Instablock comes in a cardboard box with the Instablock logo.  If you wish the package to be giftwrapped, please note this as a comment when you place your order.

When you order Instablock at our booths, we personally wrap each item according to the customer’s request.

Is it possible to add a dedication?

We don’t recommend adding a dedication to the photo.

We do recommend adding a personal dedication in your own handwriting on the back of the block. Another option is to provide us with the dedication and we’ll add it in handwriting on the package.

The website does not accept our credit card, what can we do?

Our site accepts all credit cards.

You have the option to pay via bank transfer or via Paypal.
